HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Costs may vary depending on country, order quantity and item. As soon as you have finished your order, you will see the shipping costs in the shopping cart.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Usually 5-8 working days.
A more accurate estimate will be shown in the shopping cart once you have specified country and shipping method.
Orders that are paid in advance will only be shipped when we have received the full amount.
You will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number with every order. Excluded from this is the shipping by mail (e.g. tickets, patches & bracelets).
If the tracking does not help you, write us an email to info@merchground.de.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Via advance payment, credit card and PayPal.
FROM WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I ORDER?
You can see that in the shopping cart at the very latest.
If you cannot select your country in the shopping cart or in the address input, we are currently unable to deliver.
We are constantly working on making more countries available.
If you find that your order is not possible, you can cancel it at any time.
IF A PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Of course you can. If you find that you need a different size, please email us at info@merchground.de or use our sample cancellation form (see attachment to your order confirmation).
We will then check if your replacement size is still in stock and discuss the smooth exchange with you.
CAN I ALSO RETURN SOUND CARRIERS?
CDs, LPs and other data carriers can only be exchanged in unopened original packaging.

THERE IS A WRONG PART AND/OR SOMETHING MISSING IN MY ORDER!

In this case write us immediately an e-mail to info@merchground.de and we will solve the problem.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I DO NOT LIKE?
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. Here you can find the details of the right of withdrawal.
